Into.so connects startups and scaleups with vetted freelancers and consultants. While we ensure high standards in our vetting process, we do not guarantee the results of the services provided by third-party consultants.

Project Management

All projects facilitated through Into.so will be overseen by a dedicated project manager to ensure alignment with client objectives.

6. Fees and Payments

  1. Pricing: Fees for services are project-based and will be communicated transparently before the commencement of any project.
  2. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms specified in the project contract.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform, including but not limited to content, design, and branding, belong to APPLAUD SO LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of projects facilitated by Into.so. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPLAUD SO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
